99% of Our Thoughts Are Subconscious - Which Derails our Success

Research shows we are only aware of 1% of our conscious thoughts. This sounds far fetched but there is real scientific proof. Auburn University conducted a study that concluded that the average human is consciously aware of only 5% of their thoughts. That means 95-99% of all our thoughts are subconscious, and ruling our lives, very often sabotaging our very best efforts.

We are our own greatest enemies, yet we can turn that around and experience the freedom we so desperately long for.
So here’s the deal... we are unaware of the vast majority of our thoughts. Did you know that YOUR thoughts drive how YOU feel, which then drives YOUR actions and ultimately leads to your destiny. In other words, YOU are in charge of your destiny, no one else.

How our Limiting Beliefs Sabotage Us


Most of us are operating from some baseline level of anxiety, stress or sadness. Our limiting beliefs are poking us throughout the day creating discontentment, fear, and shame, it leads us to feel unease, as if something is always just a little off. That is enough to drive us to making bad decisions (unconsciously) about what we eat or drink or other addictive behaviors we might indulge in.

Because of our limiting beliefs and subconscious thoughts we sabotage our:

Who Am I

I have lived a wild, tragic, amazing life with many ups and downs.

  • I was born into a family of heart surgeons and believed that would be my path in life
  • My grandfather was the first doctor to successful complete open heart transplant surgery
  • Before I made it to medical school I was discovered as a model. I was blessed to work in Paris, New York and Milan and all the most famous runway shows.
  • Unfortunately, I fell into an unhealthy culture and lifestyle of modeling that brought eating disorders, drinking and drugs.
  • Even though I was a sought after model, my core beliefs were that I am not good enough or pretty enough.
    So I soothed my internal pain with alcohol and drugs.
  • I was able to turn my life around and became sober at the age of 30 years old
  • I have gone on to do some extraordinary things, I have written a best selling book (in two countries) on Sugar and Carb Addiction, The Sugar Free Revolution
